The Challenge

The homeowner asked for the kitchen of her dreams in this tiny, 1950’s-era home that she dearly loves. Through the remodel, we needed to ensure that the design remained true to the character of the home, without eliminating space.

The Vision

Create a kitchen unique, comfortable, updated kitchen that offers the same charm and personality as the rest of the home.

The Solution

We chose to honor the scale of the home by selecting appliances that are petite in size but large in style and function. The material finishes are soft in color and soothing to the eye, creating a serene environment. The design choices make sure we could enlarge the space without moving or removing any walls.

The Result

Though diminutive, this kitchen is now conveniently functional, inviting, and comfortable, resonating with peace, tranquility, and charm.
