2020 Remodeled Home Tour

The Challenge

Redesign the interior of an older spec home in an established, premiere 55+ community, and turn it into our client’s dream home. The homeowner wanted to incorporate many of the elements from her previous custom built home into her new living space.

The Vision

Some of the products the client treasured in her former home had been discontinued. However, we were able to track down many of the elements from the client’s previous home by finding vendors who still had them in stock, while adding additional design elements that stayed true to her vision.

The Solution

We designed custom tile work in all of the bathrooms, kitchen, and fireplace, and installed a unique flooring layout to accommodate the home’s angled layout. Finally, we added lighting concepts that both accentuated her personal style and brought warmth and beauty throughout the home.

The Results

We transformed a dated home with timeless and classic design in response to our client’s beautifully-refined style while exercising some of our own creative liberties. The result was a stunning home that surpassed our client’s expectations.
