These clients came to us with a 1976 midcentury ranch style house that was already a very cool home, just in need of some fixing up. The years of wear and tear were evident, materials outdated, and the layout didn’t provide good traffic flow for this family and their lifestyle needs. The living room, kitchen, and sunroom area were all very closed off and distinctly separate from one another. To top it all off, the sunroom was a shotty DIY addition done years back by previous owners and it desperately needed correcting. The vision for this remodel project was to open the space and breathe new life into the space while also maintaining important key features of the home such as the beautiful wood beams and stone floor entrance. The results are absolutely gorgeous. You simply must see it for yourself!
