Boise Bench 2-Story Home Addition

This Boise Bench home was built in 1953 and was also remodeled by us back in 2005 for previous owners who hired us to turn their garage into a master suite and add a new garage. They loved our work and highly recommended us to the new homeowners they sold to…which is how we came about being hired for this most recent remodel! The current homeowners wanted to transform the layout to achieve an open concept and optimal functionality and flow with a lot of natural light, great window views, and plenty of space. In addition to a beautiful new kitchen, these homeowners were dreaming of large area that would allow for dancing, playing music, and working from home. We opened the kitchen, living room, and dining room and took down a space grabbing fireplace to achieve a stunning open layout, and we added a second story addition with a custom floating staircase that leads to a huge room ready for work or play. These clients were so much fun and have an eclectic style and we love how their personality was captured in this remodel.
