The Challenge: Our client bought the 1014 SF original 1979 ranch-style home next to her son. Her goal was to update and modernize the home to how we live today.

The Idea: To completely remodel and update the home with a new floorplan.

The Solution: Levco and the client collaborated to change the design from a 3 bedroom 1 bath to a 2 bedroom 2 bath
home. All of the finishes including the kitchen, bathrooms, most of the windows and doors along with all flooring
were replaced. Levco also relocated the furnace and changed the location of a sliding door.

The Details: Beautiful new open design on the kitchen with an open floorplan and large island. New quartz
Countertops. Lots of attention was given to the tile layout by the client. New lighting and plumbing fixtures as well.
The entire interior of the house was upgraded.
