2022 Remodeled Home Tour

The Ethos team has a great deal of experience with modular installations. We installed this small footprint modular ADU in mid-winter; the unit arrived with some water damage as a result of the flat roof as originally designed and built as well as some mechanical issues. Ethos managed the groundwork and utilities and repaired the moisture damage as well as added a roof and a few other architectural details to really make this baby shine.
