2022 Remodeled Home Tour

The Jensens came to Ethos wanting to expand their home’s footprint by adding a primary bath, a dining room and a mud room as well as complete a full renovation of their home. The biggest challenges were remodeling in an uncertain global economy with unstable supply chains during Covid, lead demolition and delayed permit times due to the pandemic which caused a great deal of stress on the homeowners with their extended rental. The final result is a home that shows personality, a mind for sustainability and the client’s love of art, whimsy and treasured family heirlooms.
